Chapel Hill, North Carolina — November 5th, 2023 — The Office of the Speaker of the Senate of the Undergraduate Student Body is pleased to announce that the referendum placed on the Fall General Election ballot has passed overwhelmingly. The referendum passed with an impressive 95.0% approval rate. The Office of the Speaker will be working diligitantinty with the new Transitional Council to ensure a smooth and thorough transition process.
The Office of the Speaker also congratulates Kshiraj Talati, Katie Fiore, Zoe Wilcox, Kolton Hodges and Jocelyn Foxworth on their election to the Senate of the Undergraduate Student Body.
