*The Fall 2021 Subsequent Appropriations Portal will open at 5PM, August 20, 2021 and will close at 5PM, August 22, 2021.
**IF YOUR ORGANIZATION IS HAVING TROUBLE SUBMITTING THE REQUEST FOR FUNDING, PLEASE SEND A DETAILED DOCUMENT (.DOCX, .DOC, .PDF) OUTLINING ALL FIELDS OF THE REQUEST TO THE FINANCE CHAIR (ANDREW RICHARDS, email@example.com) OR THE UNDERGRADUATE SENATE SPEAKER (ALAYNA POWELL, firstname.lastname@example.org) BY 5PM EST August 22, 2021**
Subsequent Appropriations for Fall 2021 is as follows:
The date and time for the opening of the portal for the Fall 2021 Subsequent Appropriations is as follows:
Fall 2021 Subsequent Portal opens: Friday, August 20, 2021 at 5 pm; and
Closes: Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 5 pm.
(MANDATORY) Treasurer’s Test will be available on August 1st, 2021. The Treasurer’s Test must be completed for the Finance Committee to hear an organization’s request.
*NOTE* The maximum amount an organization may request during the Subsequent Cycle is $25,000 *NOTE*

*NOTE* Please note if there are any questions about funding requests or the Treasurer’s Test, email the Finance Chair in a timely fashion. *NOTE*
Organizations without a certified treasurer, or those without official UNC recognition, are not eligible for Undergraduate Student Government funding — the request will be automatically withdrawn if your treasurer is not certified, or organization is not officially recognized, by the time you appear before the Finance Committee.
*NOTE* The Treasurer’s Test has been updated for the 2021-2022 academic year. We apologize for any difficulty locating the form on HeelLife, however, the updated test is titled: “2021 – 2022 Undergraduate Treasurer’s Training & Test”. There have been changes in the information presented on the test, so please pay close attention to the new information.

Before taking the test, please read the Finance Regulations Title in the Undergraduate Student Code, which can be found here, to help you be successful on the test.
NOTE: As a result of the student government split, Undergraduate Senate does not fund to organizations with majority (more than 50%) graduate school members. These requests must go through GPSF.
